Return and Replace Policy
At ZvyMart, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Policy (3 Days)
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
Return requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To request a replacement:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photo or video proof of the issue
• Ensure the item is in original condition and packaging
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
• Perishable goods
• Personal care products
• Customized or personalized items
• Items purchased on sale or clearance
Return Shipping
• For defective or incorrect items, we may cover the return shipping cost
• For other returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer
Refund Process
• Refunds are applicable only for approved returns (not replacements)
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Important Notes
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
• ZvyMart reserves the right to reject any return or replacement request that does not meet the above conditions
